More or less aggressive prices on Black Friday 2022?
With costs rising everywhere and consumer confidence low, we asked our LinkedIn community if they think retailers will discount even more aggressively on Black Friday 2022, or slow down the promotional race? What do you personally think?
The results are clear: 50 percent of respondents believe that Black Friday offers will be more aggressive than in previous years. The reasoning also seems to make sense due to inflation and rising prices. Nevertheless, we are curious to see what the implementation will actually look like this year.
Only 20 percent believe there will be less aggressive discounting, and 30 percent believe there will be similar price changes to 2021. You can also see the results of the survey in the attached screenshot.
